What would we have done without Olivia, she is a gem! Olivia is the most warm, genuine and helpful person and she honestly made our wedding day. During the lead up she was always checking in, prompt at responding and helped make sure everything was set for the day.

On the day she came by and brought the bridal party coffees and checked in before heading to our wedding location to make sure all the vendors were set up and everything was ready to go. We are so grateful that we had Olivia coordinate our wedding day! It wasn’t just on the day but all the pre work with our timeline and communicating with our suppliers. In wedding week the weather wasn’t in our favour but Olivia ensured I was not stressed and organised all the changes for us.

Then came our wedding day and she was such a calm presence for me! Olivia ensured every single detail was perfect and seamless. Every guest I spoke to said how amazing she was! Even running umbrellas back and forward for our guests and bridal party. No words can explain how thankful we are! Our wedding day was perfect because of Olivia! Liv did the styling and planning for our wedding in august. Liv is so beautiful and calm to work with, and her organisation, experience and style truly made planning our wedding exciting and enjoyable. Liv is such a talented stylist with her own taste, but also has the ability to adapt to your own taste/budget/needs. I would highly recommend Liv for your wedding! Olivia styled our wedding in November and made the whole process so seamless and enjoyable! Our private property was transformed into the most beautiful venue and Olivia thought of every last final detail to make it perfect. Very affordable and such a lovely person to work with.

We could have not been happier walking into our surprise wedding and seeing the amazing set up Liv had done for us. There is not one thing we would have changed it was absolutely perfect, Liv was absolutely amazing to work with, her communication and advice was beyond amazing and nothing was to much trouble. She made everything feel so calm and exciting in the lead up to our special day. We spoke about our vision and just wanting something minimal but beautiful and she absolutely nailed the brief. The recommendations we got from Olivia made the set up even more amazing.

Olivia was the on the day coordinator for our wedding and she was amazing to work with and we cannot recommend her enough! Even though we only had her booked for on the day coordination she was so helpful and such an amazing sounding board for us to go to with thoughts and queries in the lead up, she had our minds at ease so early on in the process. As soon as we had our first call with her we had an instant rapport and trusted her straight away.

We are so thankful for all of her work in the planning and lead up to the wedding, but also in the execution of the day. We had such an amazing day and we know that this experience wouldn’t have been the same without her diligent help. We had a few near disasters the day before and on the day (weather problems, furniture / glamping tents missing, other supplier issues) but somehow Olivia seamlessly pulled it altogether in the background and we had the most incredible time!

Looking back and to help future brides/couples – I thought I only needed ‘On the day coordination’ – goodness I didn’t know what was coming – but we ABSOLUTELY needed a planner – it is the best investment you will make to save your sanity!!! My partner and I have demanding working lives and Liv completely saved us.
