To maximise the final sale results, we offer to use a combination of existing or hired furniture. Aiming to make the home feel light airy and spacious to ensure it grabs the attention of potential buyers.

We start with an initial consultation, where we provide a tailored quote. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit secures your booking.

Our stylist accesses your property for one full day to style your spaces. A professional photographer is then engaged by the real estate agent to capture the newly styled areas.
Your property listing goes live. The final payment is due five days post -style, with ongoing communication from your stylist as needed.
All items are hired for a minimum of six weeks. If the house sells within this period, items can be removed, but no refund is offered for unused time.
If you need to extend the hire period, this can be arranged on a week-by-week basis for an additional fee.
