Property styling.
VIEW PROCESS
Anyone who is looking at selling their home and wanting to add value to the property. Let us create inviting spaces for your potential buyers and highlight your homes best features.
To maximise the final sale results, we offer to use a combination of existing or hired furniture. Aiming to make the home feel light airy and spacious to ensure it grabs the attention of potential buyers.
We understand the emotional layers with house sales. So we aim to create an experience for you and your buyers from the moment we step foot through your doors.

Initial consultation and quote.

We start with an initial consultation, where we provide a tailored quote. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit secures your booking.
Furniture and décor selection.

Together, we select the furniture and décor items that suit your style and home. You'll also receive tips on preparing your property for styling.
On the day property styling.

Our stylist accesses your property for one full day to style your spaces. A professional photographer is then engaged by the real estate agent to capture the newly styled areas.
Listing and final payment.

Your property listing goes live. The final payment is due five days post -style, with ongoing communication from your stylist as needed.
Post-styling item hire.

All items are hired for a minimum of six weeks. If the house sells within this period, items can be removed, but no refund is offered for unused time.
Extension option on hired items.

If you need to extend the hire period, this can be arranged on a week-by-week basis for an additional fee.
Airbnb styling and set-up.

Initial consult and budget review.

We start with an in-depth consultation to discuss your vision, ideas, and budget, ensuring your goals are clear from the outset.
Quote creation and site visit.

A customised quote is created based on your vision and budget. We then visit your property to view the spaces and take necessary measurements.
Mood board and concept design.

A detailed visual concept is developed, including furniture and décor selections, mood boards, and room-by-room designs, with costs tracked to align with your budget.
Design approval and revisions.

We present the concept designs for your approval and make any necessary revisions to ensure the vision aligns with your expectations.
Manage purchases and decoration.

Once the design is approved, we handle the purchasing and management of decor items and furniture, coordinating deliveries to prepare for installation.
On-site styling and final sign-off.

Our team implements the styling on-site, followed by a professional photo shoot. After final edits, we complete the project with your sign-off.
